Unreleased π§ͺβ
- EditableMesh as a result from Shape Builder and Puncher
- Shape Builder: Adding of arched corner (half-arch corner)
- Shape Builder: Edit Mode for Shapes (In Progress): Add edit mode functionality for shapes (Rectangle, QuadBox, Roundbox, PillBox, Pyramid, Platform, Wedge, CornerWedge, Plane, TriangleFrom4Points) similar to Polygon/Bezier. Points should be constrained to their defining mode: depth points only move in depth direction, height points only move along work plane Y axis, width points move freely on work plane. When entering edit mode during point definition, mouse position should be added to points array.
1.16.0β
The biggest release yet: a family of six finishing tools for geometry you have already built, four new shapes, and placement upgrades across most of the catalogue.
Six new tools β the Tools Dock grew a finishing family for parts that are already placed:
- New Rounder tool β Round the edges and corners of a block you have already built. Hover a block and its twelve edges and eight corners light up β blue where sharp, green where already rounded. Drag an edge inwards and the rounding grows under your cursor, snapped to your Grid Size, with the block rebuilding live; drag back out and it goes sharp again. Every edge keeps its own radius, corners round as a ball nestled between three cylinders, and the block remembers everything β come back in any session to change a radius or take the rounding off and get your plain block back in one piece. QuadBox, RoundBox and PillBox count as rounded blocks too, so the shapes you draw are no longer a dead end. See Tools β Rounder.
- New Smoother tool β The Rounder turned inside out: it softens the sharp crease where two parts meet β a wall standing on a floor, a step against its riser, a beam under a ceiling. Point at the crease, drag away from it, and the curve grows under your cursor; the two parts are never touched, since the smoothing is its own run of parts copied from the part you pointed at. Works on corners that aren't square, with an Exact build (strictly inside the corner) or Blocks only (half the parts, overlap hidden inside solid parts), and Smooth every corner of selection does every crease at once. See Tools β Smoother.
- New Fill tool β Point at a hole and it builds the part that belongs in it: the missing tile in a floor, the space left between four blocks. The parts around the hole already say how big it is, so there is nothing to measure and nothing to type β the fill previews as a ghost, fitted to the empty space, as tall as its neighbours and wearing their material. It works from a fan of rays cast from your cursor, so finding a hole in a whole city costs the same as finding one between four blocks. Whole hole tiles ragged gaps with as few parts as it takes; open gaps preview in amber and are only offered if you ask; Fill every hole in this surface does a whole floor's missing tiles in one go. See Tools β Fill.
- New Splitter tool β Cuts one part into two, exactly where you are looking. The part is drawn as the two halves a click would leave, with the cut plane following your cursor; the cut runs parallel to the edge you are nearest, and Shift turns it the other way. No CSG and no meshes β two plain parts that exactly fill the one that was there, so both halves can still be resized, rounded and split again. The larger half is the original part, so nothing is destroyed. With a snap measured along the part and an optional kerf-style gap. See Tools β Splitter.
- New Replacer tool β Swap what is already in your place for something better, keeping where it stood. Pick a template, hover anything, and it is drawn standing in the old one's place β red outline for what goes, green for what arrives. Click and the replacement takes the old position and rotation; a hundred first-draft trees turned every which way come back as the real tree turned every which way, one click each. Line up by centre, bottom or pivot; optionally match the old size and name; and reach the whole model, the inner model or just the part β with Shift/Alt stepping the reach out and in per click. See Tools β Replacer.
- New Reorient tool β For the part whose forward is really its top. Hover a part and a blue patch and arrow show which face it is facing with right now; click any other face and the part swaps its axes onto it β width, height and depth swap with them, so the part stays exactly where it is and only its facing changes. Decals, attachments, welds and stud surfaces all come along. Point the Up or Right at a face instead, or reorient a whole selection in one click. See Tools β Reorient.
New shapes:
- Cone and Dome are now one shape: the Lathe β Click a centre, drag the radius, set the height, and a profile is spun around that axis. They were never really two shapes β same three clicks, same machine β so the curve became a setting and the two became one entry in the grid; anything you had pinned as a Cone or Dome comes back as a Lathe. See Shape Builder β Lathe.
- Seventeen profiles to turn β Perfect Cone, Perfect Dome, Bullet, Egg, Bell, Onion, Cove, Wavy and Mushroom close to a point; Barrel, Tapered, Cup, Vase, Urn, Jug, Goblet and Hourglass end on a real radius and keep their flat top. Onion domes, bells, casks, pots, wine glasses and pagoda-style flared roofs all come out of one tool.
- Pick how it is built β Cylinder steps (round, stepped) and Smooth wedges (flat facets, sloped) are independent checkboxes: either one, or both. A Sides setting counts the flat faces β 6 gives a hexagonal cone, 24 one that reads round β and smoothing follows the true profile with no lip at the band junctions, no bulge at the bottom and no lean at the tip. Slices whose radius grows going up are smoothed too, which is what makes an onion dome's shoulder possible.
- Pointed tip / rounded cap β The top step can close into a converging cap (on by default): a sharp tip on a cone, a rounded crown on a dome β cut into Cap steps of its own so a stretched dome keeps its dome instead of finishing in a spike.
- Top radius β Cut the shape off flat at a fraction of the base circle, with the rest stretched back over the height you drew: truncated cones, chimneys, silos, plinths, wells.
- Step Offsets (advanced) β Break the seam between slices on purpose, in studs: Step ledge steps each course out past the one below (corbels, eaves, pagoda tiers) or back inside it (ziggurats); Step riser gives each course a straight vertical face, or holds it undercut for a recessed groove at every junction.
- New Spiral Stairs shape β Tower staircases in three clicks. Every setting describes one step β its turn, rise and thickness β and the staircase builds as many identical steps as fit the height you drag, so a tread never changes shape when the height does. Treads are annular sectors, so consecutive steps meet flush, and each step is filed in its own folder (Step1, Step2, β¦) so "the third step" is something you can select. See Shape Builder β Spiral Stairs.
- Continuous ramp β Every tread tilts by exactly its own rise and joins into one seamless helical slope β the pitch that closes the gaps is worked out for you. Tread tilt gives you anything in between.
- Step shaping β A Step gap opens daylight between treads for the floating-steps look (or, negative, reaches each tread back over the nose of the one below, like a real spiral stair), and a Step Y offset trades step count for extra climb per step while still filling exactly the height you drew.
- Placement modes β Centre β side clicks the middle and drags the radius; Side β side clicks the two opposite edges, so a stairwell can be drawn wall to wall without finding its middle first.
- New Spawn shape β Draws exactly like a Block, places a real working
SpawnLocation. Neutral or team-reserved, optional change-team-on-touch, and an adjustable spawn force-field duration. See Shape Builder β Spawn. - New Truss shape β Click a path and get climbable truss: ladders, scaffolding, catwalk frames and lift shafts, in Alternating, Bridge or Plain style. Draws, edits and closes loops exactly like Line. See Shape Builder β Truss.
Shape upgrades:
- Donut: partial sweeps, Quick Shapes and placement modes β The Donut can be swept part of the way round instead of all the way β which is what an arch is. One-click Quick Shapes (Full donut, Wheel, Doorway, Half ring, Quarter bend) set the sweep, thickness and placement mode together. Start point β end point clicks the arch's two feet so the span you click is the opening, and Base first draws the base flat on a floor and lets the ring rise out of it. Thickness is now exact studs instead of a fraction of the radius β negative eats inwards from the circle you drew, positive grows outwards, so the circle you click is the hole and a 10-stud doorway stays 10 studs however thick the arch. (The Inner Radius % and Radius Mode settings are gone; one number in studs replaces both.)
- Arc: placement modes, Base height and studs thickness β Centre β side now really is one (the second end mirrors through the centre), Start point β end point clicks the two ends, and Drawn on the surface draws the arc INTO the surface β click the two feet, drag the bow across the surface, then the depth out of it: wall arches and floor inlays without turning the shape sideways. Base height gives the arch straight sides and builds them for you β one drag for a whole archway. Thickness is now exact studs measured from the arc you drew, and drawing on a downward-facing surface still arches upwards.
- Stairs: a second placement mode and Even out steps β Width β height β depth drags the climb second, and the width edge you click is the TOP of the flight: click the landing you have to reach, stand the height on it, then drag the run out to meet the ground β steeper or gentler β without ever losing the height. Even out steps grows every tread by the same amount so the steps fill the drawn depth exactly, with no leftover slivers of daylight between them.
- Polygon: generated outlines β A new Outline Mode lets Polygon build its own shape. Pick Regular or Star, click a centre and drag to size, instead of clicking every corner. The generated points stay fully editable, and every triangulation algorithm, GRID mode and Punch mode works on them as before.
- Seven new Curve Library presets β Ellipse, Hexagon, Gear, Cross, Arrow, Teardrop and Spiral, alongside the existing nine. Each one saves, resizes, takes model templates and edits like any other curve.
- Line: the Curve corner can be built two ways β Exact is the curve as it has always been built: wedges shaped to the bend, so the road keeps its real edges. Blocks only lays one plain box per facet, each grown a little at both ends so it buries itself in its neighbours: a quarter of the parts for the same curve, with the overlap hidden inside solid parts. And the Curve corner now takes the Length you actually type β the two corners at either end of a straight share it between them, so a long sweeping bend is no longer capped at half of the shorter arm.
- Curve: banking that behaves β Selecting a control point now reads Bank β the roll about the direction the curve travels, from level β instead of three raw world angles that mostly meant nothing to the ribbon. Middle points can be banked again (the rotate gizmo no longer fights the point's own tangent handles), and a bank no longer fades out on tall parts β the lean lands where you put it, whatever the part's height. Set Studio's Rotate gizmo to Local to bank a point.
- Stamp: stop at blocking parts β The Stamp takes the whole face it is pointed at, which is right for a ledge and wrong for wallpaper. Switch on Stop at blocking parts and the footprint is trimmed back at whatever already stands in its way β a panel on an inner wall stops at the walls at either end; one above a doorway stops at the frame. Parts you stamped earlier count too, so a run of stamps tiles a room instead of piling up at every corner. Blocks only β a cylinder cap's footprint is its diameter and a wedge's is its profile, so both are left whole.
- Stamp: wedges keep their slope β Hovering a wedge's triangular side now stamps another wedge with the same profile instead of squaring the ramp off with a block, so widening a ramp, a roof pitch or a buttress is one click per section.
- Snap to part in the constrained steps β Snap-to-part now also works while dragging a height, depth or top size: snap points from nearby parts are projected onto the axis you are defining, so a new wall can pick up an existing wall's exact height without measuring it.
Workflow:
- Spacing from the last build β While you draw, the shape is measured against the last one you finished, square to that build's nearest face β so a row of fence posts reads its own spacing as you place it, with nothing to count. A thin line is drawn across the space between the two with the clear gap written on it in studs, and nothing else; it follows the cursor before your first click, then the shape you are drawing, and it measures out of the last build's own faces however that build is turned. On by default, pinnable, and switched off under Show spacing UI.
- Pause a build with Shift+P β The points you've placed stay exactly where they are, but the plugin lets go of the mouse so you can change settings, move the camera and click around Studio without a stray click landing in your build. Press Shift+P again (or the Resume button on the paused badge) to carry on. What is frozen on screen is what you get: change a setting while paused and the frozen preview follows it.
- Preset sizes can be saved β Preset Size is now a checkbox (off keeps what you typed, it just stops applying), and named presets β Wall, Floor, Step β apply the Width/Depth/Height you build with in one click, from any place, any time.
- Quick Grid values can be saved β Two systems ship with the plugin β Halving (16 β 0.1, every step half the one above) and Round numbers (10, 5, 1, 0.5, 0.2, 0.1) β and you can save your own set beside them and switch between them in one click.
- Resizer: Highlight small details stays on β The orange outlines around every part that will keep its size are up the whole time the Resizer is active, instead of only while a handle is hovered β scrub the stretch threshold and watch them appear and disappear.
- Cut Parts fix: block punched by a block β Punching a block with another block no longer leaves duplicated, overlapping leftovers, and no longer silently fails to cut. A part and its cutter that share the same axes are now recognised however the pair is turned in the world, so an aligned cut stays exact instead of being sent through triangulation; a partial cut through a yawed block no longer pushes its leftovers through the pieces above and below it; and a block genuinely tilted out of the work plane falls back to solid modelling and says so. Neighbouring parts are also tested for real overlap now, so a rotated part merely passing through another's bounding box is left alone instead of being cut up and rebuilt for nothing.
- Grid fix: points no longer float off the surface β Only the World grid rounds along the work plane's normal, which is what "snap to the world grid" means. The Default and Rotated-to-part grids anchor their frame at a part corner, so rounding the normal there lifted the point off the face you were pointing at β or sank it into the part β by up to half a grid step, very visible at grid sizes like 4 or 16. They now leave the normal alone and snap only across the surface.
Under the hood β The round shapes (Donut, Sector, Sphere, Cylinder, Stairs) gained the same settings seam that made Pipe an 18-line shape, so future variants of them are cheap. The two-click "click a centre, drag a radius" placement used by the Curve Library was pulled into shared code and is now what Polygon's outline modes, the Lathe and the Spiral Stairs run on. Build-info handling was reworked so previews of many-part shapes stay responsive.
1.15.0β
- New Pipe shape β Click a path and get a real pipe: every run is built as a cylinder, with no template to prepare. Pipes, cables, handrails, tubes and conduit in one tool.
- Sphere joints at every bend β Bends are sealed with a sphere, so an elbow reads as one continuous pipe instead of two tubes crossing.
- Two settings, that's it β Diameter, plus an optional Round ends that domes each open end into a cable, handrail or rod. Corner handling and spacing are fixed to the one combination that makes a pipe look like a pipe, so there is nothing to get wrong.
- Part templates lend their look β Pick a Part to copy its colour, material and decals; the pipe always keeps its round shape.
- Draws like Line β Point placement, Edit Mode and loop closing are identical, and Pipe's diameter is stored separately so it never disturbs your Line setup.
- Line: round runs get proper corners β Building a Line from a copied cylinder Part now shapes its turns for the round cross-section: the Round corner drops a sphere, and the Curve corner sweeps a smooth elbow out of short cylinders instead of a flat band β vertical bends (a wall-to-floor drop) included.
1.14.0β
- Bezier Path: whole-curve transform gizmo β Edit Mode gained a gizmo that moves, rotates, and scales the entire curve at once, instead of dragging points one by one. While the gizmo is active, individual point selection is paused so you can't grab an anchor by accident.
- Smooth drags β While you drag the gizmo you get instant live feedback, and the full curve rebuild happens right after the drag settles, so even long, dense curves stay responsive.
- Resize handles polish β The curve resize handles now highlight on hover and give clearer visual cues while scaling.
- Bezier Path: alignment fix with corner types β The part alignment options now take effect when a corner type is set; previously the corner geometry could cancel the alignment shift out.
- Cleaner Edit Mode view β The draw-phase angle indicator is now hidden while editing a shape, so it no longer lingers over the points you're working on.
- Seat: script-free preview rigs β Any scripts inside the rig assets used for sitting previews are stripped before the rig enters your place, so previews never trigger script-injection permission prompts.
- Cutter fix: wedge cuts β A partial-height cut of a wedge whose triangle legs are equal no longer produces a wrong full-wedge remainder; the leftover piece is now shaped correctly.
- GRID fix: invisible sliver parts β GRID builds with edge-aligned geometry no longer generate degenerate, near-zero-size wedge parts far below the map.
- Under the hood β The Shape Builder was rebuilt from one monolithic class into a dedicated builder per shape, making every shape easier to maintain and extend safely. An automated cloud test suite now runs the plugin's tests inside real Roblox servers on every change. Shared UI packages were updated to their latest versions.
1.13.0β
- New Seat shape β Draw it exactly like a Block, get a real working
Seatpart. Sits right next to Block in the shape grid and supports all the Block draw modes and preset sizes. See Shape Builder β Seat.- Seat or Vehicle seat β A Type toggle picks which class is placed: a regular
Seat, or aVehicleSeatthat also captures movement input from the seated player (a driver's seat). - Sitting preview β A ghost character sits on the preview while you draw, so you can size and position the seat against real character proportions before committing. Preview only β no character is added to your game.
- Pick the preview character β R15, R6, or Rthro Noob rig, My character (your own avatar), or Custom user by UserId,
@name, username, or profile URL. - Show characters on all seats β Optionally preview a sitting character on every Seat and VehicleSeat already in your workspace while the Seat shape is active, to review seat placement across the whole place at once.
- Seat or Vehicle seat β A Type toggle picks which class is placed: a regular
1.12.0β
- New Resizer tool β Select any number of parts and drag one handle to resize the whole build in one direction, rotated parts included. Stretch mode resizes the selection like one solid shape, so widening a house keeps its wedge roof a perfect triangle. See Tools Dock β Resizer.
- Small details: parts and models below the Stretch threshold keep their size β glued in place when they sit at an end (resizing a window grows only the pane, its frame stays), and following their relative spot when they sit in the middle (windows spread evenly along a widened wall).
- Highlight small details: hover or drag a handle to outline every part that will keep its size in orange β handy for tuning the threshold before you commit to a drag.
- Studio-style handles: small per-axis colored cubes on the selection bounds that stay the same size on screen.
- Options: Stretch or Same amount resize style, Keep size or Stretch for small models, an adjustable Stretch threshold, resize from One side or Center, World- or Last part-aligned handles, and a Snap increment with quick presets.
- New Door tool β Click a post, then a gate, and get a working hinged door: a vertical hinge is added at the gate's edge nearest the post. Optional welding of the gate into one swinging assembly, post anchoring, and a swing angle limit. See Tools Dock β Door.
- One-click tools and shapes β Clicking a shape or tool in its selector now selects and starts it immediately; click the active one again to stop (shapes commit the build in progress).
- Structure Builder and Model Placer deprecated β The Shape Builder's Line and Curve shapes cover the same builds with part and model templates β plus point editing, spacing, extra corner types, and closable loops. The old tools keep working but show a deprecation notice.
1.11.0β
- Dropdown menus stay on screen β When there isn't room below, dropdowns open upward or scroll instead of getting cut off.
- Tooltip fixes β Tooltips no longer clip long descriptions, and info tooltips support richer text formatting.
1.10.0β
- Shared settings across the Trimatech plugin family β Theme, UI scale, Click sounds, and Logging now sync between all installed Trimatech plugins: change them once in any plugin and every plugin follows, live and across Studio restarts.
- Click sounds toggle β Plugin Settings gained a Click sounds toggle to turn the button click sound off (or back on) everywhere at once.
1.9.16β
- Edit Mode: free 3D point movement β Dragging a point now always uses the free 3D Move gizmo, so points move in any direction regardless of the Lock to first surface setting. Applies to Line, Polygon, and Bezier editing.
- Bezier Path: frozen work plane while editing β The work plane is locked during point editing, so the curve no longer shifts unexpectedly mid-edit.
- Edit Mode toggle β Line, Polygon, and Bezier settings now share a consistent Edit Mode toggle switch for entering and leaving editing.
- Routing info tooltips β The build routing info box gained tooltips explaining the destination and lock controls.
- Refreshed corner type icons β Updated the Line corner type images (None, Sharp, Round, Bevel, Chamfer, Curve).
1.9.15β
- Line Round corners: choose the corner shape β When the Line's Corner Type is Round, a new Round shape control lets you pick Auto, Cylinder, or Sphere.
- Sphere: drops a ball joint at each turn so segments connect with no gap or overlap β perfect for cylinder pipes.
- Cylinder: the classic vertical pillar corner.
- Auto (default): picks a Sphere corner when your template part is a cylinder, and a Cylinder corner otherwise, so pipes round smoothly out of the box while boxes keep the pillar.
1.9.13β
- Shape Builder: Line overhaul β Line now builds a plain box per segment sized by Height & Width, so you no longer need a template to draw one. Pick a part or model in Template Settings to build from its shape instead.
- Corner Type: shape each turn between segments β None, Sharp, Round, Bevel, Chamfer, or Curve.
- Bevel: optional Bevel inner corner with an Amount.
- Chamfer: Amount cut size.
- Curve: Length (how far the segments pull back) and Resolution (how many parts form the arc β higher is smoother).
- Corner Alignment: control how parts meet at a turn (applies in every mode).
- Copy shape: with a part template, adopt its shape, size, and look β or turn it off to wear just the template's look on plain boxes of your own Height & Width.
- Model templates keep Magic Merge, placement modes, extend-to-mouse, and spacing.
- Corner Type: shape each turn between segments β None, Sharp, Round, Bevel, Chamfer, or Curve.
- Shape Builder: Line Edit Mode β Edit a placed Line just like Polygon and Curve: drag corner points, click a segment to insert a point, and delete points. Works on both plain and template lines.
- Close Loop β While drawing a Line, press Space to connect the last point back to the first and close the shape. Closing a loop drops you straight into Edit Mode.
- Bezier Path: Smoothness & Resolution β New Smoothness control and Resolution (studs) input to tune how densely the curve is built.
- Set height per point β New Surface Settings toggle for two-click placement: place a point, then click again to set its own height. Can be pinned to the viewport PINNED bar.
- More Plugins panel β A new panel in each tool links to the rest of the Trimatech building-tool family, with quick Creator Store and DevForum links.

- UI refresh for inputs, checkboxes, buttons, and accordions.
- Plugin UI follows Roblox Studio light/dark theme automatically.
1.9.0β
- Shape Builder: New Voxel tool: Build with whole grid cells β hover a cell and drag up to extrude blocks (green preview); hover the top of a block you made and drag down to remove cells (red preview).
- Respects the current work plane and grid size; blocks are placed and carved relative to the surface you are building on.
- Removal cuts through stacked blocks in the column, using boolean subtraction for non-box parts when needed.
- Voxel Optimize: When enabled, adjacent same-height blocks with matching material (material, variant, color, transparency, reflectance, textures) merge into larger rectangles β no CSG, rectangle-only retiling.
- Voxel Advanced building: When enabled, hovering near a cell edge extrudes a wedge rising at that edge; hovering near a corner gives a corner wedge peaking there. Hover a wedge's top edge (or a corner wedge's peak) to resize it β drag to zero to remove it.
- Output routing overlay: A compact viewport info box shows where generated content goes, with a quick Workspace β Selection toggle and a lock to pin routing to the current selection.
1.8.0β
- Shape Builder: New Stamp tool: Hover a part's face and click to stack a new part that matches the face footprint, extruded outward along the face normal.
- Blocks stay blocks; cylinder caps stay cylinders β the stamped part inherits the hovered face's shape and footprint.
- Height (studs): How far the new part is extruded outward from the hovered face.
- Lip (widen on all sides): Optionally grow the footprint outward by a set number of studs.
- Dynamic lip: When enabled, the lip overhangs only the edge/corner under the cursor instead of widening every side (hover the center to widen all sides).
- Shape Builder: Preset Size (locked dimensions): In Width β Depth β Height mode you can lock Width, Depth, and/or Height to a fixed value to skip that click.
- Lock Height to stamp parts at a constant height; lock Width/Depth for repeatable footprints.

- Shape Builder: Added Quadbox (lightweight rounded rectangle) sharing the same draw and radius modes as Roundbox.
- Draw Modes: Added 3βpoint modes (Center β Corner, Square: Center β Side) to Block, Pyramid, Platform, PillBox, Roundbox, Quadbox.
1.3.0β
- Grid Snap: while holding Shift to disable snapping, hold Shift+Option to apply precision rounding to 0.1 on movements/placements.
- Block: new draw mode β Square: Center β Side. Constrains width and depth to be equal when using the 3βpoint rectangle flow.
- Added Pyramid shape.
- Added Pill shape.
- Added Platform shape.
- Small-scale building improvements: better preview sizes, snap indicators scale with zoom.
1.2.0β
- Model Placer β Template mode enhancements:
- Start/End Segment %: define start/end caps and extendable/repeating middle segment
- Spacing applies in None/Copy placement modes
- Template preview is interactive (zoom and rotate)
- Persist template specific settings to template as attributes.
1.1.0β
-
Grid Mode β Camera: Lock the grid to a plane in front of the camera with configurable distance and axis (X/Y/Z/None). Improves freeβspace drawing without relying on a surface.
-
Align grid to current edge: Rotate and position the grid to the active edge direction for precise edgeβaligned placement in both Shape Builder and Model Placer.
-
Demos: Camera grid mode, Align grid to edge (Model Placer), Align grid to edge (Shape Builder)
1.0.9β
- Punch feature: Subtract shapes from parts (Shape Builder)
- Supports cutters: Rectangle, Cylinder, Sphere, Wedge, CornerWedge, Polygon, Triangle, Sector, Donut
- Modes:
- Cut Parts into multiple parts (Rectangle only) with options: Cut from Wedge, Keep Cutout, fallback to solid modeling for nonβcuttable parts
- Use Solid Modeling to punch holes (all nonβrectangle shapes)
- Scope options: All touching parts or Only selected parts
- Solid Modeling option: Merge into a single union
- Note: Polygon, Donut, and Sector cutters are experimental due to triangulation accuracy
- Demos: Demo of Rectangle cutter cutting part into wedges as parts, Demo of all other shapes cutting using Solid Modeling
1.0.8β
- Polygon Edit Mode: move, add, and delete points with full undo/redo
- Toggle with Shift+G or via the Edit Mode checkbox; works during creation and on selected existing polygons
- Grid snapping supported; hold Shift to temporarily ignore grid while moving points
- Works on any surface; edits are integrated with history/undo
- Demos: Enter edit mode while creating, Edit polygon from selection
1.0.7β
- Polygon from Selection:
- Boundary polygon (convex hull) from selected parts
- Exact polygon via boundary face detection; finds external boundaries and connects them into polygon points
- Grid Snap Control: hold Shift to temporarily disable grid snapping while building (with visible indicator)
1.0.0β
- Initial public release of Click to Build.
- Shape Builder, Model Placer, and Structure Builder.
- Grid snapping, distance labels, and previews.
